Global Data is the backbone of the Bloomberg Professional Service. As data analysts, we collect, analyze and present data that informs our clients' decisions. We provide the factual foundation that inspires news and analysis. The foundation runs every core Bloomberg function, piping scrubbed data into our solutions every second. We drive the content that makes Bloomberg the leading and most sought-after data source in the world.

We'll trust you to:

• Procure, analyze and process Fixed Income data from diverse sources
• Build and maintain VBA macros and Python scripts to query and parse data
• Deliver excellent customer service to Bloomberg's clients and provide insights into the world of Fixed Income
• Critically analyze processes and find solutions to managing complex market information while liaising with other internal groups to develop & deliver projects and initiatives

You need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or degree in Technical Field (e.g. Information Systems, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience
• Strong proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of Python or VBA
• Commitment to enhancing and developing products
• Keen interest in financial markets
• Fluency in Spanish. Portuguese is a plus
