AV is utilized everywhere and will need to be accessible anywhere.

How we do it:

Our service offerings fall into five distinct categories; Event Technology, UC Collaboration, AV Infrastructure, AV Design / Build Management, and Digital Signage.

We’ll trust you to:

You will be responsible for providing the day-to-day management of the audio/video staff to insure quality and timely installation and support of digital audio/video recording systems. You’ll identify, design and support industry leading collaboration tools including video conferencing, digital whiteboards and WebRTC technologies. Reporting into to the Manager of Operations, you will be doing everything from A/V installations, project management, research and evaluation of new products and technologies, training, to in-house and customer support. This is a hands-on position and from time-to-time you will be required to perform installation duties.
Build, manage and lead a team of A/V Professionals and sub-contractors remote and local.
Manage installations and support of the audio/video components of digital recording and presentation systems, and video conferencing.
Provide technical support on A/V hardware, control systems, and signal issues.
Research and evaluate new A/V products and technologies that benefit our business strategies.
Provide signal and network traffic flow, control circuit, and AV system designs for site installations as required.
Liaise with Business Units and other development engineers to understand requirements and upcoming business plan initiatives.
Develop standard operating procedures and processes for A/V team.
Maintain AV related statistics and ensure techs update and accurately report support issues.
Manage all open A/V support issues

You’ll need to have:

10+ years in a role with A/V installations and management responsibilities.
Strong project management skill with a consistent track record of delivering multi-million dollar projects.
Ability to design audio and/or video installations from start to finish.
Strong knowledge of A/V signal flow, wiring, soldering, and circuit board design.
Proven attention to details and follow-up.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, documentation are a requirement.
Knowledge of how to use electrical and electronic diagnostic tools.
Computer Skills: MS Office, Outlook, Visio, etc.
Expertise with Polycom, Cisco, Tandberg, Crestron, AMX and other similar technologies.
Passion to actively seek solutions customers confident in our abilities and solutions.
Entrepreneurship, sense of urgency: You will possess a high energy level which allows them to react to situations quickly and conclusively, possessing self-confidence.
Professional work ethic: You will reject setbacks and will enthusiastically persist until any problems are resolved. You will be resourceful and innovative in taking on complex issues.
Image and presence: You will have significant exposure to the customers and industry partners alike and should project the professional image of the Company, both internally and externally.
Accountability: You should be a result oriented teammate who leads by example, holds themselves accountable for performance and takes absolute ownership of issues and champions all aspects of installation and support.

We’d love to see:

Strong Managerial skills with remote subordinates
Low-voltage license or electricians license (Speakers, networking) a plus
Strong understanding of legacy and contemporary video conference infrastructure
CTS certification
