Bloomberg LP has built a significant media business spanning television, digital, magazine, radio and live event platforms across the globe. In the midst of a historic time in the media industry, Bloomberg Media is setting out to become the indispensable source of information for the world's most influential business leaders.

Bloomberg TV is looking for a part-time audio operator to live mix all studio anchors, reporters, and guests as well as remote guests, feeds, music, and sound on tape. This operator will manipulate EQ, gain, compression, and delay settings for any audio source. The A1 will assign each studio anchor and guest a microphone and IFB, create and assign several mix/minus feeds to each IFB, monitor battery levels, and trouble shoot for any issues. He/She will maintain show RTS pages and show music while coordinating with the director, TD, and Master Control to avoid any problems or issues.

You’ll need to have:-At least 1 year of experience in live television or equivalent college degree-Knowledge of Microphones and IFBs required-Knowledge of audio mixing required-Knowledge of RTS system required-Ability to work varied hours, specifically overnight-Work well in a high pressure environmentIf this sounds like you:Apply!
