We’ll trust you to:
- Work with HR Technology Solutions to enhance existing recruiting tools
- Liase between the global recruiting teams and Bloomberg Engineering to identify solutions to every day recruiting problems
- Work closely with recruiters to understand their day-to-day processes, pain points and challenges; develop creative solutions to improve recruiting processes
- Perform testing and create documentation for Recruiting and Onboarding systems and process enhancements
- Support recruiting tools with design, testing and troubleshooting
- Grow into a subject matter expert in Recruiting and be a point of contact for technology and process inquiries
- Troubleshoot problems independently
You’ll need to have:
- Recruiting, HR Operations or HRIS experience
- Experience working in project management, including gathering requirements, design and testing
- Comfort working in a dynamic fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to learn new systems and changing processes
- Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team to effectively manage multiple, high priority tasks and projects
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Highly professional manner, with the ability to interact with employees of all levels of experience and seniority, across the organization
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally and appropriately
- Understand and analyze business decisions to determine organizational and system impact at both a transactional and enterprise level
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
