  • Document processes and tools to maintain integrity and accuracy of sales and revenue data in our data warehouse
  • Develop new KPIs to measure performance and operational efficiencies across all teams in the commercial businesses
  • Discover and drive performance improvements across the sales platforms, tools and processes we use and help continue to scale
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc metric analysis for the sales leadership team to monitor performance across a range of key business drivers
  • Work on special projects, initiatives and ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests

You need to have:

  • 3-4 years of experience as a Financial Analyst / Auditor / Sales Op Analyst
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, and/or Accounting

  • Ability to establish effective working relationships with all levels of the team
  • Critical thinking ability and attention to detail

We’d love to see:

  • Experience with building complex statistical models
