The Role:

Building and maintaining a strong partner ecosystem is critical to our success. As a Campaign Success Manager in the 3rd Party Business Strategy team, you will create strategic and cohesive cross platform campaign plans and successfully manage global campaigns from start to finish. The vision of the Campaign Success Manager is to be a strategic and collaborative partner across products, content, technology, sales and  service delivery teams. We are looking for an individual that thrives in a fast-paced working environment and can manage frequent changes in priorities with ease. 

As a member of the 3rd party team, you’ll combine creativity and intellectual excellence with the organizational skills to manage various campaigns, projects and initiatives. This role will require you to develop an in-depth understanding of Bloomberg's products and our partner ecosystem; providing an opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of the technology and data that drives capital markets globally. 

We’ll trust you to:

  • Develop and deploy strategic partner outreach and campaigns on products and content that have been identified as priorities for the business
  • Work closely with Product, Content, Sales, Communications and Marketing, and other teams across Bloomberg to lead, coordinate, and manage campaigns
  • Plan and manage campaigns from outset through peak campaign period, including daily communications, senior level, and cross-company updates
  • Ensure the development of collateral, research and other resources to support the campaigns
  • Build positive relationships with our vendor partners through knowledge sharing, insights, and trustworthiness
  • Performing analysis and research to develop insights and solutions to tackle the highest strategic priorities 
  • Engaging business unit leaders to develop and present implementable solutions and provide thought partnership and strategic counsel.
  • You’ll need to have:

  • Experience with email, social media, and events campaign management
  • Experience maintaining strong professional relationships with external partners
  • Experience interpreting data from delivery reports and research tools to deliver insights on campaign performance
  • Familiarity with capital markets, financial technology (OMS, trading systems, risk systems) and finance 
  • Entrepreneurial mentality, revenue-focus, and comfort working in a non-hierarchical, large global organization
  • Willingness to travel 3-5 times per year

We’d love to see:

  • Understanding of front, middle and back-office workflows and data use cases

Salary Range: 150,000 - 240,000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus

The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
