On the Technical Campus Recruitment team, we're responsible for the recruitment of hundreds of entry-level software engineers each year. We partner closely with the Engineering department (more than 6,000 people) to drive strategy and ensure Bloomberg is industry-leading with how we attract, assess, and impress top technical talent. We're driven by the knowledge that what we do impacts the company, and we're motivated to find the best engineers, give them a great experience, and show them why Bloomberg is the best place for them to make an impact and grow their careers.
You'll have the opportunity to lead and direct the design, development, and implementation of strategic recruitment initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and hiring high-caliber engineers from universities across the country to grow our dynamic Engineering department.
