On the Technical Campus Recruitment team, we're responsible for the recruitment of hundreds of entry-level software engineers each year. We partner closely with the Engineering department (more than 6,000 people) to drive strategy and ensure Bloomberg is industry-leading with how we attract, assess, and impress top technical talent. What's in it for you:

You'll have the opportunity to lead and direct the design, development, and implementation of strategic recruitment initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and hiring high-caliber engineers from universities across the country to grow our dynamic Engineering department.

We'll trust you to:

  • Provide an excellent candidate experience by strategically recruiting, selling and matching candidates to the right team
  • Build strong relationships both internally and externally with engineers, candidates, career centers and professors
  • Create unique plans around hiring top tech talent across a set of universities, and ensure we are staying ahead of the competitive market for tech talent
  • Analyze data to make decisions and improvements to our process and strategy
  • Manage a variety of large-scale projects

You'll need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of campus recruiting experience within a tech-focused organization
  • Highly developed organization and presentation skills
  • A proven track record of strategizing and project managing recruiting initiatives
  • The ability to establish working relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Demonstrated ability to provide the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers

We'd love to see:

  • Experience with technical recruiting
  • An understanding of sourcing strategies and tactics for entry level candidates
