We are responsible for the development, deployment and support of the global enterprise integration capabilities for multiple businesses within Bloomberg. We are enjoying an exciting period of growth and are looking to expand the team in North America.
As a service representative with domain expertise in integration, you will take both external and internal client inquiries daily and handle any critical issues. In addition, you will ensure the highest levels of customer service and production delivery across our rapidly growing customer base in the Americas.
Own issues, provide client production support and perform escalation service to clients in the Americas
Regularly visit clients and manage relationships
Demonstrate strong team mentality and positive culture, focused on delivering exceptional customer service
Have a strong aptitude to learn and apply knowledge
Be organized, prioritize tasks and multi-task
Excellent Analytical / Problem Solving Skills
Sound Communication / Relationship Management Skills
Manage Time Effectively in Fast Paced Environment
Working knowledge of FIX, MQ, Web Services, XML
Order Management / Trading Systems work flow experience is a huge plus
