Our Team:

Our People Analytics team (PA) focuses on providing high quality data, reports, and analytics to deliver key people insights to our business. Your insights drive evidence-based decision-making about people, and provide in-depth understanding about the careers of our employees and the needs of our businesses. The team develops and delivers relevant, easy-to-use, ongoing reporting tools as well as managing relevant business performance metrics.

What's The Role?

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Data Analyst/Qlik Developer to help us continue to build and deliver people and business intelligence. As an integral member of our team, you will extract and synthesize data; help visualize our data using QLIK Sense

You love data and enjoy creating compelling visualizations and you're naturally curious and analytical with the innate ability to translate analysis into a great story!

 

We'll Trust You To:

  • Design/prototype/implement data visualization using Qlik Sense
  • Handle and analyze large data-sets and use them to develop critical insights and analysis to fuel decision-making about our people and processes
  • Design data-driven models to answer targeted business questions
  • Have a developed understanding of data governance and data integrity, and also have the highest degree of discretion when working with confidential and sensitive information about our people

You'll Need To Have:

  • BA/BS in a technical field
  • At least 4 years of experience developing in QlikSense
  • At least 5 years of experience working on advanced data analytics leveraging a programing language or visualization tool
  • Deep Knowledge of database design techniques and expertise in building dashboards and structuring data
  • Strong teamwork skills for collaboration with various internal stakeholders and the willingness to get your hands dirty
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, and shift priorities quickly

We'd Love To See:

  • Prior experience working in HR technology
  • Prior experience with BW
  • Programming experience using Python, R, SQL or similar
