In an environment this complex, data analytics are essential to understanding how we’re performing, and where the best opportunities are to improve service and increase efficiency. We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our executive team to build on the work we’ve done, and make best use of the systems data across our organization to drive transformational change. As an integral member of the team you will do much more than collect and synthesize data; you’ll help us to figure out where the potential opportunities are; what information we need to test viability; how to get and interpret relevant information; and how to use what we learn to change and improve.
You’re a Data Analyst with an Engineering background. You have strong project management skills can manage your time effectively; you multi-task effectively and work well in a fast-paced, sometimes-unpredictable environment. You approach challenges with creativity and enthusiasm and stand behind your work. You love being in a team and engaging across groups and you work hard to understand the details of how people work and what they need to do their jobs.
On our team you’ll apply your data science expertise to complex operational problems. You'll provide design recommendations, identify data sources, and gather, clean, model and test your ideas. We’ll depend on you to provide strategic vision and tactical expertise across a broad range of disciplines across Infosys.
We'll trust you to:

• Design models to answer targeted business questions and drive changes- Be hands on with populating data, conducting data analysis and building dashboards and use this to influence business decisions- Be a real teammate to work with other analysts on department wide dashboard initiatives- Research, develop and implement new methods of extracting relevant content from a variety of sources- Collaborate and consult with colleagues in the business to understand their domain- Design, pro-type and implement technical solutions using a combination of proprietary, third party and open source technology to address complex business needs.
 What do I need to apply?

• A Bachelor's and/or Masters degree in Computer Science or Information Technology- Ideally, a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a financial services or technology oriented role- Professional experience using Javascript / ASP / HTML / SQL / Python / R- Development and use of management dashboards- Proven technology business acumen utilizing statistics and process mapping- Strong SQL Coding background- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and shift priorities quickly- Strong problem-solving skills, troubleshooting, and tracing root cause- Effective written and verbal communication skills
