The ESG product team is responsible for ESG product development efforts across Bloomberg. The goal of this team is to create differentiated content, enrich the Terminal experience related to ESG workflow and aid in creating enterprise products that will result in direct revenue. This product group must coordinate across the Bloomberg business and functional areas including various Core Product & Engineering teams, UX, Bloomberg News, Bloomberg Intelligence, Bloomberg NEF, Global Data, Enterprise Data, Enterprise Products, Analytics and Sales.  

The ESG product team is looking to hire a seasoned Product Manager boasting a proven track record in devising and delivering comprehensive end-to-end solutions tailored to the needs of financial services firms. The product manager will need to apply how ESG content is used by various player types in their day-to-day workflow and focus on integration.  In short, this product manager's effort will include building out ESG analytics on the terminal with UX and Engineering teams, and developing an integrated ESG product offering for screening, data analytics, and research workflows. The responsibilities of the position include: 

We’ll trust you to:

• Develop product roadmap for ESG analytics and integration on the Terminal while working directly with UX, Engineering and other stakeholders
• Redesign ESG screens with various audiences in mind 
• Deliver easy-to-consume key insights for ESG analysis 
• Create key ESG integrated products for single security and list level analysis, such as screening and research  
• Manage milestones for delivery, and run detailed refinement sessions
• Define and communicate the strategy/vision
• Develop a business plan for Bloomberg’s ESG workflow solution for the terminal
• Conduct ‘deeper dive’ assessments in ESG data and models
• Ensure regular and consistent communication for strategic alignment across key stakeholders

You’ll need to have:

• 5+ years of related experience* 
• Knowledge of various user types and workflows in sustainable finance solutions today
• Demonstrated understanding of customers’ workflows by industry (Buyside/Sellside) and by player type
• Proven track record in implementing a product or solution end to end, from vision to execution
• Prior involvement working cross functionally with engineering stakeholders

Salary Range: 140,000 - 295,000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus
