The Global COO for Enterprise Solutions will report to the Global Head of Enterprise Solutions and will provide strategic oversight for: a) Business Operations, b) Project Management, and c) Human Capital Management

We'll trust you to:

Business Operations

• Ensure organizational alignment and execution for Enterprise Solutions businesses
• Oversight over operational execution, with direct responsibility for cross-group function
• Oversight and monitoring of strategic initiatives, team metrics, resource allocation, and product performance
• Proactively identify new and innovative ways to track business performance, and understand drivers and obstacles in the business
• Work with various Enterprise businesses to understand Sales needs and help drive product roll-outs
• Regular management reporting
• Own the Enterprise business plan and budget while working with Enterprise business heads and CFO to track milestones, metrics, and progress
• Interface with CFO, Engineering, Marketing and Executive teams to ensure business objectives are met
• Work collaboratively with the Enterprise Sales department and ensure alignment with sales goals
• Work with Enterprise businesses, other Financial Products businesses and Engineering to identify opportunities for collaboration or potential inefficiencies.

Project Management

• Manage cross-functional, multi-group projects
• Take complex business tasks and reduce them to a simple message

Human Capital Management

• Oversight for reporting, trend analysis and strategy as it relates to diversity, employee performance, and leadership and work with Global Head of Enterprise to set strategy based on findings
• Oversight and coordination for the execution of Global evaluation process and ensure fair representation of employee performance across all regions
• Work closely with the CFO team and HR to track headcount and hiring goals

You'll need to have:

• 10 or more years of experience working in a Financial Institution or Financial Technology firm
• Experience managing Operations for a large financial institution or financial technology firm
• Experience running or helping to run multiple businesses efficiently and collaboratively
• Project management skills with an outstanding track record of achievement
• Prior people leadership experience
• Ability to work both individually and to manage/lead team projects and team members, often across business units
• Demonstrated ability to understand Bloomberg Enterprise businesses intuitively
• Experience presenting complex information and data in a clear and easily understood message
• Ability to collaborate with and influence peers
