The Exchange Market Data team is looking for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to take on the role of Exchange Market Data Coordinator. Within Bloomberg's fast paced environment, the Exchange Market Data Coordinator team is responsible for working with our sales forces and our external clients to handle all their real-time data requests on the Bloomberg Professional service. Using your communication and language skills you will deal with clients in a range of sectors, including the finance and legal industries. Providing excellent customer service, high quality and accuracy is critical to our team. The role provides a great opportunity for a driven, detail-oriented individual to act as the vital link between Bloomberg, the exchanges, and our clients.

We'll trust you to:

· Review and maintain exchange approvals database

· Assist clients with the process of real-time data enablement and any other exchanges related questions
· Liaise with other business departments for the introduction of new exchange products onto the Bloomberg Professional service
· Manage relationships with client market data contacts
· Work with our Global Data , Programming teams, Accounting and Geller to determine pricing, content, and implementation of exchange products
· Partner with internal Bloomberg business areas including Sales, Enterprise Solutions, R&D, Installations, Customer Account Management Support, and Accounting to support clients and business needs
· Train employees on all aspects of the Exchange Market Data Coordinator role
· Mitigate risk by following and practicing tasks in compliance with exchange and Bloomberg policies
· Project Management, including scheduling, milestone tracking, and project status reporting
· Liaise with Research and Development Teams to design, implement, and test new functionality and improve workflow efficiencies

You need to have:

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

· Tenacious and creative problem solving skills
· Display confidence, emotional intelligence, and decisiveness
· Ability to work independently, be able to prioritize time-sensitive tasks, and be able to make effective decisions
· Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot and make decisions to solve customer inquiries
· Knowledge of Financial Markets

We'd love to see:

· Proficiency in Microsoft, Excel and PowerPoint

· Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
·Fluency in Spanish
