Our Team:

Our Exchange Market Data team is responsible for working with our sales forces and our external clients to handle all their real-time data requests on the Bloomberg Terminal. Providing excellent customer service, high quality and accuracy is critical to our team. You will have the opportunity to be the vital link that our clients depend on. You will also interact with clients in a range of sectors, including the finance and legal industries.

We'll trust you to:

  • Review and maintain exchange approvals database
  • Assist clients with the process of real-time data enablement and any other exchanges related questions
  • Liaise with other business departments for the introduction of new exchange products onto the Bloomberg Terminal
  • Manage relationships with client market data contacts
  • Work with our internal teams to determine pricing, content, and implementation of exchange products
  • Partner with internal Bloomberg business areas to support clients and business needs
  • Mitigate risk by following and practicing tasks in compliance with Bloomberg policies
  • Project Manage, including scheduling, milestone tracking, and project status reporting
  • Liaise with Research and Development Teams to design, implement, and test new functionality and improve workflow inefficiencies

You need to have :

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Tenacious and creative problem solving skills
  • Display confidence, emotional intelligence, and decisiveness
  • Ability to work independently, be able to prioritize time-sensitive tasks, and be able to make effective decisions
  • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot and make decisions to solve customer inquiries

We'd love to see:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Knowledge of financial markets
  • Fluency in an additional language is a plus
