Bloomberg's Enterprise Financial Products business is looking for an Administrative Business Partner to assist three Product Teams focusing on our Risk and Analytics platform and our Order Management Systems. This person should be experienced in metrics reporting, data collection/analysis, and administrative support. The person in this role must have a high interest/experience in the finance or technology industries, be extremely well organized, proactive, and detail oriented in addition to having a positive disposition. The selected candidate will demonstrate the ability to effectively build relationships across the division as well as other business areas. They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient. A high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial in this role.

We will trust you to:

  • Manage heavy and complex calendars, travel arrangements and expense filings /approvals for multiple senior managers
  • Provide comprehensive meeting support such as room reservations, catering; building visitor badges, PC support (i.e. laptop hookups, dial-ins) for outside client/vendors as required
  • Prioritize the most sensitive items and keep senior management informed
  • Coordinate duties for multiple offices globally
  • Help with organization and logistics of group meetings, team events, Quarterly department updates, town halls, off site events
  • Help with coordination of candidate interviews, onboarding new hires onto the team, desk assignments and moves
  • Assist with maintaining spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, dashboards and reports to senior management
  • Manage privileging and access to internal systems as well as regulatory reports sent to clients
  • Develop and maintain cross functional relationships with other departments such as Engineering, Data, Product Delivery Office, Facilities, Marketing, Sales, Human Resources, and Legal
  • Manage ad hoc projects and reporting as required
  • Coordinate semi-annual/year-end evaluation/review sessions for each of the global business manager teams

You will need to have:

  • Experience within the financial services, technology, or FinTech markets
  • Experience as an Assistant supporting more than one manager simultaneously within an organization
  • Proven knowledge of Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, and Excel (including formulas)
  • Demonstrated effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders 

We'd love to see:

  • Proficiency with the Bloomberg Terminal
  • Proficiency with dashboard technology (QSEN/Qlik Sense/PowerBI)
  • Experience within financial services or technology
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Exceptional organization and time-management as well as superior attention to detail

Salary Range: 85,000 - 125,000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus

The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
