We build the technology that allows Bloomberg representatives to answer client questions in an unparalleled fashion. Levering client intelligence gained from years of incoming questions, our tools are able to react in real time to incoming client chats. Our group supports the Bloomberg Analytics desk, or HELP HELP service, which enables our 300,000+ clients to connect in real time and get their questions answered accurately and efficiently.
We are looking for someone with experience in designing and implementing a scalable UI application framework. This framework will allow various teams in engineering to be able to "plug and play" into our system. We expect you to be able to come up with a design, present it to others, convince them on your design, and then play a key role in the implementation.
