As a GPS team leader in New York you will lead a team of HR professionals responsible for delivering end to end HR processes to all Bloomberg employees in the United States, Canada and Latin America, including onboarding, employee life-cycle events and off-boarding. Exhibiting an "all hands on deck" attitude, you'll support our employees through taking inquiries while also acting as a point of escalation for team members. This is a "player/manager" role where you lead by example and strive for the team to provide the exceptional customer service that Bloomberg is renowned for. As a Team Leader, you're responsible for hiring, on-boarding, evaluation, continued development and career pathing of your team.
Reporting to the Global Head of the department, you will take a lead on helping to identify opportunities to enhance the impact we make on Bloomberg employees and helping to implement change throughout our GPS organization. You'll regularly partner other with HR leaders to ensure the team handles appropriate consultation to employees on topics that cover a full range of HR-related policies, including relocations, flexible work arrangements and leaves of absence.
