What's the role?

We’re looking for an Operations Analyst to join the HR Recruiting Operations team. We'll count on you to collaborate with our Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators globally to lead our premier service delivery model and run projects that lead to greater operational efficiency.

What’s in it for you?

You’ll have the chance to serve as the central point-person with core responsibility for ensuring that our Recruiting colleagues receive the right type of advice and guidance with their recruiting and hiring process challenges. In a typical day, you’ll likely be helping a recruiter with the hiring-in workflow, preparing to bring in our next summer intern class, or getting our video interviewing platform ready for business users. And you’ll assemble all of your tips and guidance through SOP documents that’ll memorialize the processes that you’ve created and fine-tuned.

But serving as the in-house authority for our recruiting processes is just one facet of the role! You’ll also get to drive critical projects that make our systems and workflows better. This might include partnering with our HR shared services and HR technology teams to conduct an end-to-end audit of our recruiting processes in order to identify improvements along the way. We’ll be relying on you to identify potential system enhancements that improve our candidate and user experiences as well as drive operational efficiency.

We'll trust you to:

  • Make sure we provide top-notch service to our partners in Global Recruiting through tier one support for our recruiting systems
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the HR Enterprise group to ensure smooth and seamless transactions
  • Manage audits and data quality checks across our recruiting systems, and partner with recruiting leads to drive accountability
  • Enable convenient access to data and reporting through Bloomberg tools and self-service portals
  • Document and communicate new processes via email and our Sharepoint site

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in technical customer support, ideally with HR and/or recruiting systems
  • Prior experience in process development or enhancement; exposure to change management
  • Solid project management and writing skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organization, communication and time management skills
  • Comfort with viewing and manipulating data in Excel, including the ability to create pivot tables, graphs, charts and formulas such as VLOOKUP
  • A customer-service oriented mindset
  • A consultative approach to establishing relationships, with an ability to communicate clearly and deliver valuable outputs to stakeholders
  • Familiarity with recruiting technology and systems, particularly Workday

We'd love to see:

  • Experience working collaboratively across regions and businesses
  • Prior knowledge or experience with recruiting or human resources and an interest in HR technology
