The People Analytics team is responsible for defining, analyzing and executing on projects that utilize data for reporting and analytics, including aggregating key business information related to our talent, utilizing data driven insights and predictive modeling to solve complex business problems, and creating opportunities to partner with business units to drive business and process improvements to manage our talent lifecycle.
As the HR Reporting and Enablement Lead you will be part of a team of analysts focused on human capital reporting and analytics, providing strategic insights through workforce metrics, dashboards, and reports. You will create and automate reports to "tell the story" about human capital at Bloomberg.
You will build reports, automate report development and utilize data driven insights and partner with key stake holders to drive business and process improvements.
You will also need to configure existing systems such as Workday, Visier and our HR Data Warehouse and Operational Data Store in order to support HR and business reporting requirements.
