Bloomberg has an exciting opportunity available to join the global HR Technology team. In this role, you’ll support the recruiting function and will partner with our elite technology team to provide best-in-class recruiting systems solutions. You’ll be responsible for managing Bloomberg’s applicant tracking system and third-party recruiting tools. You’ll identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve the recruiting experience, work with stakeholders to define business requirements, and test and launch upgrades. Recruiters will view you as the go-to person for systems inquiries and will look to you to help provide creative solutions to their technology challenges. You’ll troubleshoot issues and be the voice of recruiters for technical enhancements.
We'll trust you to:
- Understand the end-to-end recruiting process and technical architecture of systems that support the recruiting function
- Troubleshoot recruiting system issues
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve data flow
- Draft business requirements documents and end-to-end process flows
- Support system testing functionality and issues resolution
- Manage User Acceptance Testing, including scenario and script development, tracking and mitigating issues with our Engineering colleagues
- Conduct system testing for all enhancements
- Understand the full project lifecycle and ensure adherence to project timelines
- Analyze issue trends and propose creative technical and process solutions
- Provide assistance to end users, including Recruiters, Recruiting Coordinators and Recruiting operations
- Assist with developing and delivering end-user training
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Liaise between Recruiting and Engineering teams
- Provide excellent customer service to the global teams
You need to have:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-3 years HR experience preferably on an HR Information Systems team
