Bloomberg's Global Benefits team is looking for an experienced Benefits Manager to deliver on the implementation, administration and development of benefit policies and rewards programs across the Americas region (North & South America). Based in New York, the person in this role will be responsible for the overall management of the benefits function across the region. This is a challenging role where you will use your strong relationship management, analytical and project management skills to influence critical business decisions that impact our employee reward strategy.

What's the role?

• Design, development and program management for US Health and Wealth Benefits Plans (Medical, Prescription, Retirement, Insurance, etc.).
• Ensuring Bloomberg maintains best in class benefits coverage for US employee population and families - benchmarking, plan design, regulatory and compliance, etc.
• Manage plan economics and cost growth, ensure service levels, manage vendor interfaces and coordinate employee communications and interactions around plan management.
• Coordinate Benefits Governance - support and manage Retirement Plans Committee and Benefits Governance Committee.
• Special projects as needed across the benefits programs globally.

• Strong ability to establish and maintain relationships across different global business areas
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to delegate work and deliver on tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently in completing tasks and projects with minimal supervision
• Experience of working in a fast-paced pressurized environment
• Commercial acumen, understand our competitors offerings and general market place with the ability to use data to influence key stakeholders
