The Global Corporate Technology Team is responsible for crafting, deploying, and supporting Bloomberg’s internal IT systems. This includes our global corporate network plus all of the hardware, software and enterprise applications used by nearly 24,000 employees in more than 170 state of the art offices around the world. We focus on enterprise solutions, productivity tools, and IT systems integration which helps move all of Bloomberg's businesses forward. 

Our Team: 

Our Compute Operations Engineering team drives for user experience and Infrastructure management. Our colleagues depend on us to ensure the stability and integrity of our desktop and laptop platform. Some of the infrastructure we manage are Azure, Intune, O365, MECM, Active Directory, Group Policy and Citrix. From early on, you’ll help empower our roadmap, be given challenging tasks, lead initiatives, and take ownership and responsibility.  In this team and the fast-paced environment we work in, we constantly challenge the status quo and look for ways to improve workflows and introduce efficiencies by automation of day-to-day tasks. 

What’s The Role: 

Bloomberg is seeking an Intune Operations Engineer with a concrete understanding of the Windows Operating system to join our team to support our day-to-day operations of Intune, MDM and OS support. The role will be responsible for: 

• Deploying, maintaining, troubleshooting and monitoring our cloud platform in addition to on prem services. 
• Ensuring the reliability, scalability and security of our cloud-based environment. 
• Working with our internal teams to review our current environment to analyze our effectiveness while driving a roadmap of automation 
• Create, amend, and maintain security policies on the MDM while maintaining enforcement 
• Application and patch management 

You’ll Need To Have: 

• 4+ years of engineering experience in an infrastructure role  
• A Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, similar field of study or equivalent work experience 
• Expert in M365 (Azure, Intune and O365), windows OS architecture & securing Windows endpoints 
• Expert in PowerShell Scripting 
• Experience in automating workflows for on-prem and Cloud infrastructure with a a desire to drive DevOps and CI/CD 
• Advanced skill in Group Policy and Device Configuration Management. 
• Good understanding of endpoint management tools. (MECM) 
• Experience with Jenkins, Git, Terraform.

• Develop repeatable standards and implementation processes to ensure product uniformity and quality 
• Document, deploy, and improve new and existing infrastructure to continually improve Bloomberg's internal user experience

Salary Range: 130,000 - 225,000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus
