What's the role?

As the Americas Head of Experience, you will lead a team responsible for all KYC post-sale client experience and growth in the Americas. You will work closely with the sales teams to prospect, evaluate, and demo potential clients to grow the Entity Exchange community and hit your sales targets. You will lead a local team with responsibility for new business, client implementation, and client account management. First and foremost you will also be the regional leader for KYC, responsible for growing and deepening client relationships.

We'll trust you to:

  • Work with the Global Head of Client Experience to develop and implement strategy while overseeing regional client implementation and account management with an emphasis on speed, efficiency, providing an excellent client experience, and growing existing relationships
  • Take responsibility for all post-sales client experience including: implementation, client relationship, training, client growth, and account management
  • Manage ongoing client relationships to increase usage, dependency, and renewals
  • In conjunction with KYC senior leadership, set global client service standards and ensure a consistent exceptional client experience for all clients globally
  • Have meaningful client discussions to build trust and deepen client relationships
  • Lead the growth of entities and content managed on the KYC suite of products in the Americas
  • Own integration projects and initiatives including the continued enhancement and evolution of implementation and developing strategic account plans
  • Manage and develop a diverse regional team focused on new business, implementation, and client growth
  • Report to KYC, Enterprise, and Bloomberg leadership on growth, status, risks, product feedback, and client dependencies
  • Become an expert in KYC regulation and client KYC workflow

You need to have:

  • Prior experience managing an account management team
  • A proven ability to build and grow strong client relationships with large, strategic accounts, with experience managing a book of business
  • A proven ability to hit and exceed sales and retention targets
  • A high energy approach to inspiring, challenging, and developing others
  • Previously set a product implementation and account management strategy
  • 5 or more years in a client facing role, being responsible for and owning large account strategy

  • Knowledge of sell and buy side client workflow
