Bloomberg LP has built a significant media business spanning television, digital, magazine, radio and live event platforms across the globe. In the midst of a historic time in the media industry, Bloomberg Media is growing its global footprint and reach through new innovations.
 
Bloomberg TV is looking for a passionate line producer to join our team. In our world headquarters in New York City, the candidate will be responsible for stacking and lining part of our daily live news programming. That includes guiding associate producers, supporting the on-air talent, keeping the show on the core stories for the audience, ripping up the script on breaking news and more. Candidates should have a solid knowledge of markets and finance and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

WE'LL TRUST YOU TO:

•  Be a self-starter, with a can-do attitude and an understanding of our programming.
•  Have strong news judgment to select the markets and finance stories important to our clients.
•  Have a keen eye and source video and graphics elements.
•  Be flexible with working hours to accommodate production schedules.
•  Be a team-player.

YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE:

•  A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
•  Experience in a live news/production/control room environment.
•  Strong editorial, storytelling and communication skills.
•  Social media experience preferred.
•  Knowledge of markets.
•  Flexibility with hours as needed.
•  A background in journalism

Salary Range: 80,000 - 110,000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus
