The Role

Bloomberg is looking for an individual who is focused, flexible, and proficient in several aspects of broadcast operations. This candidate will be required to maintain quality control of Airchains and logs for several broadcast channels, check-in remote guests and paint feeds, QC files for broadcast, and handle global production in a 24 hour live news environment. Master Control operators also have the daily responsibility of rolling commercial breaks and manipulating log formats and sources to keep Air output clean.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of painting feeds and QC'ing remote guests
• Knowledge of RTS and PAP system required
• Basic mathematics skills required
• Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
• Ability to work early AM and overnight hours
