Our Team:

The Supply Chain Process & Systems team, headquartered in Manhattan is looking for a strong team lead to join our team! As the Team Lead (TL) for Supply Chain Operations (SCO) Process & Systems you will lead efforts over the strategic direction, project management and oversight of three teams: (1) Procurement, (2) Vendor Risk and Contract Management and (3) Travel & Expense. You will serve as a global change agent, tracking and reporting on key initiatives and projects across these functions. You will play a key role in implementing plans for continuous improvement in areas such as Policies and Procedures, Systems and Metrics.

We'll trust you to:

• Be responsible for driving the organization to implement innovative solutions to complex problems on a global scale
• Be a strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver on various assignments
• Make decisions independently with limited information
• Have a working knowledge of best practices within Procurement, Vendor Risk and T&E functional areas
• Have proficiency in best in class Supply Chain software such as SAP, Ariba or Concur

You need to have:

• 3-5 years’ experience at a leading strategy consulting firm or Fortune 500 company
• Extensive project/program management skills with proven ability to drive change through the organization
• Strong analytical skills and process re-engineering experience
• Proficiency in project management tools, Procurement ERP systems
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced ever changing environment

We'd love to see:

• Procurement and/or Supply Chain experience
• MBA or graduate degree in an appropriate field
• Six Sigma qualifications and process engineering experience
• The ability to communicate with all levels of staff and management
