The Product Documentation team writes and produces online Help for the Bloomberg Terminal. The work of the team includes writing Help Pages along with "What's New" tours for every client-facing application on the Terminal. We also work with a dedicated team of programmers to strategize and build the Help platform in addition to maintaining a firm wide document repository.

Our team is made up primarily of technical writers and editors, with additional project management responsibilities. Our work involves both user-focused technical writing along with a more marketing-oriented, creative approach to writing.
