What's the role?

You’ll be responsible for delivering analytics solutions to support the overall People Data Analytics team objectives. We'll count on you to lead and manage all analytics projects and make sure targets and expectations for delivery are fulfilled.

We'll trust you to:

  • Partner with business stakeholders and HR counterparts to create and execute processes that support business decisions in human capital management
  • Determine relevant metrics for predictive analytics, leading/lagging indicators to identify risks, and opportunities from a human capital perspective
  • Develop and lead data driven/evidence-based research that addresses critical HR issues in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced analytics
  • Automate, Standardize, Schedule and Publish key reports and analysis to help disseminate data and insights in a controlled environment

You need to have:

  • Bachelor degree
  • Experience in analysis and statistical modeling
  • Experience in SQL query
  • Expert level experience in R or Python
  • Experiencing presenting to senior management

We’d love to see

  • Master or PHD
  • SAS/SPSS experience
