Bloomberg's Portfolio and Risk analytics solution empowers investment professionals with the tools required to successfully implement optimal investment portfolio strategies, helping them make quicker, more informed decisions, enabling them to easily and accurately measure portfolio risk and return, and streamlining their overall investment management workflow.
We are looking for a financially and quantitatively astute experienced person to join our Portfolio Client Service Specialist you will support client qualification, drive product implementation, and further increase successful client adoption. With a consultative approach, our team is responsible for supplying resolution in the client support of PORT+ pre-sales prospects, resolving client advanced implementation issues as well as performing strategic execution of plans to better penetrate our solutions and increase usage amongst the largest clients.
As the Client Services Representative, you will work with both Product and Business Managers to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement and provide critical feedback to ensure product quality which is necessary to the development of our platform.
