Tradebook offers its customer base trading solutions for equities, futures, options, and foreign exchange (FX) to actively manage complex trading strategies in more than 100 global exchanges.

The Role

As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for delivering Tradebook Global Equities and Options products. You will balance the day to day activities to maintain the product integrity combined with building long term vision. The key to the role is your ability to be an innovative, problem solver, and demonstrate strong presentation and project management skills as you work across multiple functions.

We'll trust you to:

  • Work on the Equities and Option product line and build disruptive innovative solutions to further Bloomberg Tradebook's market position and increase revenues.
  • Provide clear requirements and project management direction to the involved teams to deliver solutions that are unique, high quality, and strive to reduce time to market.
  • Liaise regularly with clients, sales and Engineering management to ensure alignment of development with client needs, sales needs and Engineering allocation of resources.
  • Propose metrics to measure the success of the products’ features and usage, and evaluate costs of execution.
  • Be a collaborator and a problem solver enthusiastic about creating meaningful, market differentiated value propositions.

We’ll need you to have:

  • Previous involvement in differentiating multi-asset product offerings with a focus on Equities and Options; any additional asset class is a plus.
  • Experienced in building enterprise-wide product involving analytical solutions which spans multiple groups within the organization and externally.
  • Experience in financial services with an understanding of competitive landscape and industry trends.
  • At least 3 years’ experience as a product manager.
  • Handled relationships with counterparties and clients.
  • Agile product development methodology.
  • Strong presentation skills (both written and verbal).
  • A consistent track record of delivering success while operating within a cross functional team environment.
