What’s the role

Our SAP Solutions team is responsible for developing and managing internal solutions that support Bloomberg processes such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Supply Chain, and Reporting. The Program and Change Management offices support this SAP Solutions team, an in-house team of engineers, and all business stakeholders in project/change delivery and portfolio management. You will lead both the Program and Change Management Offices. The teams are often called upon to support larger, non-SAP programs across the enterprise.

You will lead both teams, to support and provide mentorship as they deliver large-scale, strategic programs across the enterprise. You will also be responsible for the adoption of project/change management principles through a common framework and methodology used by SAP analysts in support over 200 projects annually. You will provide portfolio-level oversight and strategies.

This is an amazing opportunity to directly manage others and provide strategic direction, while remaining hands-on.

We’ll trust you to

  • Lead both the Program Management and Change Management offices
  • Develop your team in their respective disciplines and be a trusted advisor
  • Provide strategic direction and planning for the broader SAP Solutions department and the business stakeholders
  • Influence and advise on adherence to the project and change management frameworks
  • Lead change and programs for large-scale programs with enterprise-wide influence
  • Lead department initiatives around user-experience design and innovation
  • Use diverse and compelling methods to communicate effectively to global stakeholders

You need to have

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ years of program or organizational change management experience in support of large-scale process and technology projects
  • 5+ years of direct people management experience
  • Experience in full life-cycle ERP implementations (Oracle, SAP or PeopleSoft)
  • Deep understanding of Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes
  • Experience with a full life cycle of user-based innovation (applying design thinking or UX principles)
  • Experience in large, complex, and dynamic corporate environments managing technology and process change efforts

  • Experience across the areas of sponsorship, communications, change networks, training and organization readiness
  • Leadership facilitation experience to drive senior-level alignment for change
