The vision of the Bloomberg Advertising Operations Team is to provide the highest quality cross platform media campaigns and services to customers across the globe. One of the ways Bloomberg LP is serving it's many global advertising partners is through our programmatic offering. The Programmatic Campaign Analyst role will help to maximize and maintain our programmatic business. The analyst will work with the Programmatic Platform Manager to help optimize ad inventory by monitoring floor pricing and innovate the process in both open and closed marketplaces through reporting and insights. The Programmatic Campaign Analyst will also help lead and educate the internal sales team on the programmatic process to meet our advertising partners ever changing needs.

You Will be Able to:

Open Auction

· Generate daily open auction reporting from various programmatic platforms; analyze reporting, recommending price floor adjustments to Platform Manager
· Execute price floor adjustments within various programmatic systems as directed by Platform Manager
· Prepare weekly reporting for senior Ad Ops management, bringing together change in price floors’ effect on revenue growth
· Prepare monthly reporting for senior sales management, highlighting revenue growth and top spenders in each geo region


· Implement and set-up PMP deals in various platforms

· Handle deal deployments and monitor PMPs for delivery, fill rate, revenue
· Work with buyers to troubleshoot PMP deals
· Maintain weekly dashboards that provide deal insights
· Handle weekly reporting and communication to sales team for all PMP deals
· Collaborate with internal sales team for general programmatic education & product offerings
· Support sales team on sales calls as necessary
· Help monitor and maintain ad quality across all programmatic partners
· Build monthly programmatic revenue reporting for internal finance teams
· Lead reporting platforms for data accuracy
· Field programmatic requests from outside demand sources, looping in Platform Manager & sales person as necessary
· Collaborate with Platform Manager to develop packages for programmatic platforms’ storefronts and marketplaces
· Address ad hoc reporting requests

Programmatic Guaranteed

· Secondary liaison between Programmatic Guaranteed (PG) platforms and internal teams (Sales, Planning & Campaign Management and Traffic)
· Help to run opportunities when RFPs & inquiries are received
· Enter approved media plans into various programmatic platforms
· Run communication with buyers
· Maintain product catalogs in PG platforms, updating pricing and targeting when changes occur

Self-Service Platform Management

· Handle shared inbox ( and respond to buyer inquires
· Work with self-service vendor to approve new advertiser accounts
· Maintain product catalog, updating pricing and product targeting when needed
· Review & approve orders in platform
· Assign sales person & trafficker when order is pushed to DFP
