At Bloomberg Tradebook we define our status in the market as the leaders in Data and Analytics and continue to build out our Portfolio Trading offering and strategy. We provide our clients with sophisticated trade cycle offerings, and help them gain insights into trading processes and transaction costs. As a product partner, our Sell-Side Execution and Order Management Solutions (SSEOMS) delivers global order and execution management solutions for front-end sales and trading and associate middle and back office. SSEOMS offers an integrated suite of solutions including: idea generation, liquidity management and electronic order flow; market execution, positions and P&L and risk management; compliance and middle and back office operations.

What’s the role?

Tradebook and SSEOMS are seeking a dynamic individual to join the PMO team as a Project Manager. The position requires working collaboratively with many departments within the firm including SSEOMS and Tradebook Engineering, Product, QA, Sales Team, Account Managers, Implementation, as well as teams outside of SSOEMS and Tradebook such as EMSX, BTCA, TCA, Core, etc. to ensure operational, client service and partner functions are delivered in accordance with requirements defined and industry standards.

We will trust you to:

• Oversee high level, strategic firm initiatives with defined dates for implementation
• Administer the day to day relationships and performance of the partners
• Supervise the Project Management Office, tracking and providing statuses for all firm initiatives
• Oversee project management functions for all initiatives

You need to have:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• 2+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate effectively across large, multi-disciplinary teams
• Experience working with Engineering department in a collaborated effort to achieve goals
• Exceptional attention to detail; ability to combine focus on key responsibilities with a strong sense of ownership
• Experience working in financial services, and a passion for the arena
• Demonstrated history of solving complex problems

We’d love to see:

• Familiarity of the MIFID II Regulations going into effect on January 3, 2018
• PMP or Prince2 Certified
• Agile, SAFE and Scrum Master Certified
• Demonstrated expertise in Project Management, strong creative and organizations skills and a desire to work in an team environment
• High-energy, hands-on contributor who thrives in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to approach challenges with creativity and enthusiasm; courage to take positions
• Passion for the personal wealth management space
