Bloomberg Regulatory & Liquidity content enables banks, asset managers, insurers, and other financial organizations to navigate the increasingly complex liquidity, regulatory, and accounting disclosure environment. We are seeking a Regulatory & Liquidity Content Manager to join our team of industry experts that are responsible for creating, designing and supporting Regulatory, Accounting, Tax and Liquidity related quantitative models using Bloomberg's proprietary analytics and industry-leading database.

This is a unique and exciting opportunity for you to use your deep understanding of the current regulatory and accounting landscape to assist in expanding Bloomberg Regulatory product offerings focusing on Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR), Dodd-Frank, Basel III, Solvency II and ASC 820/IFRS 13. You will join a rapidly growing team comprised of former traders, debt originators, auditors and portfolio managers and will work closely with clients, auditors and regulators focused in the fixed income space.

We'll trust you to:

  • Enhance, maintain and support Bloomberg's Regulatory product offerings including Stress Testing, Liquidity, Market Impact models and the Fair Value Hierarchy Leveling (FVHL) application which leverages all of Bloomberg's Evaluated Pricing Service's observable market pricing data
  • Lead research related to existing and new regulatory and accounting based enterprise solutions
  • Work closely with Engineering to build out product offerings in an agile environment
  • Discuss solutions with clients who will use these tools for accounting, tax and regulatory purposes

You need to have:

  • 3 or more years of capital market experience
  • Expert knowledge of the financial regulatory environment
  • Deep knowledge of financial instruments - fixed income, equities, muni, funds, futures or options
  • Strong research ability to stay current with relevant regulatory reporting requirements
  • Strong analytical skill to identify root cause amongst massive dataset that possibly impact such problems.
  • Effective problem solving, analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products required; Advanced skills such as VBA, SQL, Python a plus.
