As a Release Management Engineer, you will be responsible for building tools and infrastructure that support our build and deploy, and automated testing frameworks, which in turn support the Bloomberg Law application platform.

We'll trust you to:

• Support build & deploy system and tools (CI/CD)
• Oversee build and deployment process for the BLAW Application
• Drive innovation & streamline overall testing processes
• Support the testing team by implementing the appropriate frameworks and tools necessary to meet their testing needs
• Integrate test frameworks with Continuous Integration and deployment pipelines
• Implement tools and processes to support quality metrics and provide visibility to stakeholders
• Coordinate with Product Owners, Development teams, QA Engineering & Testers on release

You'll need to have:

• A Bachelor's in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in web application technologies, protocols and tools
• Experience developing in a Linux environment
• Familiarity with configuration management systems such as Ansible, Chef or Puppet

We'd love to see:

• 3+ years of experience in Java, C++, Python or Ruby
• Experience using container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes for Docker
• Experience designing and implementing a full stack testing strategy
• Expertise in software quality and testing methodologies
