Our SAP Business Warehouse team supports the analytical reporting needs across the enterprise. We develop, maintain and promote reporting solutions to complex problems. We play a key role in providing input to senior leadership to make big impacts decision making.

Then, you would be a great addition to our team as our newest SAP BW Project Analyst

We’ll trust you to:

• Act as a strategic adviser towards the business and a development project member in the SAP Business Warehouse team to ensure reporting solutions delivery
• Research and understand key business drivers and develop data models to support the analytical process
• Establish and cultivate relationships with business partners to ensure project success
• Analyze business workflows to address business needs
• Interact with business owners to gather requirements, build data models and reports; document business definitions of data and conduct end user training
• Manage priorities across projects and mitigate conflicting requests
• Deliver sound reporting solutions that are scalable and easy to maintain
• Provide ad-hoc analysis as requested by key users

You need to have:

• ETL and performance tuning experience, including coding of BW transformations, SQL HANA and user exits
• Hands on experience with SAP BI Tools including BW, building reports using Query Designer/BEX and building reporting applications using Business Objects Design Studio
• Hands on experience with SAP HANA modelling including building of graphical and script based HANA Views
• Basic functional knowledge of Headcount Management concepts preferably around
• History of meeting deadlines in uncertain environments, and delivering high quality results
• Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a functional team

We'd love to see:

• Knowledge of SAP FI and SD
• Workday business processes knowledge
