We are currently seeking a Senior Finance Lead to support the Workplace Operations business. The CFO team provides critical financial support to the business. As a leading member of this team, you will have the opportunity to deliver a unique blend of financial and operational analysis, financial modeling, reporting and senior management support for a fast-paced and cutting-edge technology based financial services business.

As a business analyst working in the SAP team, you will have responsibilities that affect business planning, end user support, project management and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Working with business owners to understand requirements of financial reporting
• Analyze and document business requirements
• Troubleshoots, diagnoses and resolves reporting problems to ensure minimal disruption of critical systems
• Coordinates with internal and external resources for information retrieval.
• Monitors, maintains and enhances user interfaces, reports and queries to meet ongoing business requirements
• Conduct training sessions to the users on AO, EPM and BI Launchpad
• Analyzes, designs, implements and supports SAP R/3 and Business Warehouse Reporting solutions for multiple business units
• End user support
• Testing support during SAP Systems update and enhancements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with a diverse and integrated team consisting of application developers, technical business users and business analysts
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines

We would love to see:

• Experience with SAP BO Web intelligence, Analysis for Office, Lumira and SAP Analytics Cloud
• Knowledge of the SAP FI/CO modules and SAP Solution Manager
• VBA coding experience in Excel
• Experience writing both functional and technical documentation
• Adherence to IT/SAP project methodologies, and change control processes
