We are looking for a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our ad sales team. The ability to ideate, create and innovate collaboratively with our clients, generating a positive revenue or share growth across Bloomberg media is critical. In this role you be responsible for managing existing "core accounts" specifically within radio ad sales and continuous development of new business accounts. This role will be specific to the tri-state area and you will have the opportunity to sell outside of radio (digital, TV, print). Daily you will be working with our clients, but you will also involve work with planners and account teams at agencies regularly.
You will be responsible for the sales process from A-Z. This includes, prospecting, cold calling, pitching and setting follow up appointments with senior level marketing executives. You will be implementing programs and provide weekly updates/status reports on how things are going.
