We are looking for a strong Senior Financial Analyst to support multiple businesses in the Enterprise Services division which focuses on the full enterprise client lifecycle with Bloomberg. You will have the opportunity to deliver a unique blend of financial and operational analysis, financial modeling and reporting, and project and process management. Reporting to the Team Lead, the ideal candidate will be a self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment, build strong connections, and possess excellent analytical, technical, financial and operational acumen.
We’ll trust you to take ownership of:
- Support the consolidated reporting, analysis, and business planning process across the Enterprise Services division
- Develop meaningful and practical analysis related to headcount in order to support workforce planning strategies and help drive the appropriate business conversations and decisions
- Understand, develop, and maintain commercial and service models for existing and new services to help business leaders drive value
- Own and drive the shared services cost allocation process and partner with stakeholders to provide transparency and thought leadership into how business decisions drive utilization of resources and expenses
- Develop analysis and metrics to help measure operational and financial achievements
- Develop and evolve on insightful financial and operational dashboards and reporting packages and other presentations to CFO community and Senior Management
- Provide executive level communication / presentations to finance managers and business leaders related to financial results, performance vs. targets, and insights on key variances
- Acquire detail understanding of operational processes and systems in order to successfully perform core responsibilities
You’ll need to have:
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance or related field of study
- 10 to 15 years in finance roles with experience partnering with business leadership to assist in commercial, strategic, and business decision-making
- Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals, financial management, and operational aptitude
- Strong quantitative and data manipulation skills to solve problems
- Ability to leverage detailed data sets and succinctly translate in a simple, effective manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to formulate executive level presentations and business writing
- High curiosity level and desire to learn
- Team player with ability to nimbly adjust with changing priorities
