As a critical member of the Financial Products and Services FP&A group, you will have the opportunity to deliver a unique blend of financial and operational reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate must be detailed-oriented, motivated and possess excellent analytical, technical, financial and operational acumen.

We’ll trust you to take ownership of:

• Support the consolidated reporting, analysis, and planning processes across a diverse set of businesses
• Ensure data integrity, quality and effectiveness in all work outputs
• Develop and evolve on insightful financial and operational dashboards and reporting packages and other presentations to CFO community and/or Senior Management
• Acquire detailed understanding of processes, systems, and business unit structures
• Ensure controls are in place to minimize/eliminate gaps in the reporting of headcount and financials
• Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency of processes and implement improvements to the collection, use, and presentation of data
• Network and collaborate effectively across functions/teams to produce results

You’ll need to have:

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field of study
• At least 7 years in financial and reporting analysis experience with a proven track record of success
• Advanced ability in financial modeling and use of common applications such as MS suite, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc. with hands-on ability to implement change
• Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals and financial management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to leverage detailed data sets and succinctly translate in a simple, effective manner
• Ability to think creatively and recommend new and unique ways to improve value contribution
• High curiosity level and desire to learn
