We are building a first-class relationship management solution (CRM) from scratch. Our team, Engineering Sales Intelligence, is critical to all sales teams across Bloomberg. We build applications that help them effectively manage all aspects of their sales cycles, provide insight into product demands based on customer usage and increase the teams' performance for selling and targeting product growth. We're building out the CRM's functionality to report across all client data and allow our users to create data visualizations in order to determine our next sales strategy.

You will collaborate with the business and technical teams to lead, advocate for and develop user-focused designs and strategies for the CRM. You will present your recommendations to key stakeholders, development teams and end users. You are going to be responsible for delivering a consistent design across applications.

We'll trust you to:

  • Create Personas and User Scenarios
  • Create User Journeys and Screen Flows
  • Create and maintain information architectures
  • Create wireframes with annotations for a developer centric audience
  • Conduct design QA for implemented screens
  • Conduct sessions for user validation and testing

You'll need to have:

  • 5+ years of experience with Interaction Design for software, web applications or mobile devices
  • Ability to create wireframes and prototypes using Omnigraffle and Invision
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and associated design tools
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills - we actively collaborate with everyone, from developers to business stakeholders to customers
  • Familiarity with Agile and Lean UX methodologies
