What’s the role?

You will be responsible for performing a wide variety of payroll activities, including ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of our US payrolls. You will process and audit payroll and ensure compliance in tax withholding and filing obligations.

You are highly organized, analytical and motivated. You also have the uncanny ability to handle multiple projects while producing accurate and timely results.

We’ll trust you to:

• Assist in managing day to day payroll operations
• Perform the audit process for payroll transactions
• Process semi-monthly payrolls in accurate and timely manner according to internal processes
• Respond to Payroll inquiries and resolve client issues
• Comply with internal audit controls, tax and other payroll related legislations
• Maintain current knowledge of the changes in wage and tax laws and correspondence with federal, state and local tax agencies
• Assist with reconciliation of quarterly and annual tax filings
• Work on special projects as needed

You need to have:

• 5+ years payroll experience
• Expert in PeopleSoft
• Multi-state payroll experience
• Strong knowledge of payroll practices and auditing
• Deadline oriented mindset and problem resolution skills
• Strong Excel skills
