Bloomberg LP has built a significant media business spanning television, digital, magazine, radio and live event platforms across the globe. In the midst of a historic time in the media industry, Bloomberg Media is setting out to become the indispensable source of information for the world's most influential business leaders.

Bloomberg is looking for an experienced Senior Producer to join a 24/7 news product streamed on Twitter. This person will work with news leaders in the organization, journalists around the world and lead a team of producers in New York. The primary focus for this role will be on new programming development, providing editorial direction, and helping develop and mentor producers, video editors and segment producers. You will have solid understanding, experience and knowledge of news content and the digital space, and strong leadership and organizational skills. You will also have the ability to thrive under the pressure of deadlines and breaking news. This position requires flexible hours to accommodate production schedules, including weekends.

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 8 or more years overall experience producing live news
• Strong editorial, writing, and production skills
• Familiarity with digital video trends and producing content for multiple platforms
• Experience working in a real-time news environment
• Flexibility in working varied hours
• Proven team leadership skills
