Our Product:?
Our current products is the Talent Management system, which supports the mid-year and end of year evaluation processes, leadership and development processes. Our new system is going to be tailored toward implementing these critical work-flows anytime or on-demand.

b) provide our leaders with tools to build high performance teams through work-flows like evaluating and improving our bench strength, succession planning, continuous 180 degree feedback and anytime assessments of projects, initiatives or individuals.
 
You need to have:

• An object oriented programming language like C#, C++, Java or equivalent
• Large scale system design for a large set of use cases 
• Domain driven microservice architecture and mentoring engineers in the team on the same
• Detail oriented thinking to ensure that the design meets business needs
• Communicating design decisions and justifications for the same clearly
• Creative thinking to find solutions to obstacles
• Migrating from an older software stack/system to a newer one and in managing the intra

Salary Range: 160,000 - 240,000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus
