Senior Software Architect - Talent Management
Our mission

Our Product
Our new “Talent Management” system will help a) empower our employees to invest in learning and development opportunities and skill building b) provide our leaders with tools to build high performance teams through work-flows like evaluating and improving our bench strength, succession planning, continuous 180 degree feedback and anytime assessments of projects, initiatives or individuals.
Our current products support the mid-year and end of year evaluation processes, leadership and development processes. Our new system is going to be tailored toward implementing these critical work-flows anytime or on-demand.
Our primary technologies are .NET Core, C#, TypeScript/JavaScript, Postgres and Python. You do not need to have expertise in these technologies. We believe that a strong engineer can pick up any language with some ramp up time.
What we need from you
You need to be competent in:
- Large scale system design for a large set of use cases
- Domain driven microservice architecture and mentoring engineers in the team on the same
- Detail oriented thinking to ensure that the design meets business needs
- Communicating design decisions and justifications for the same clearly
- Creative thinking to find solutions to obstacles
- Migrating from an older software stack/system to a newer one and in managing the intra
- An object oriented programming language like C#, C++, Java or equivalent
Whether or not you have experience in the “Talent Management” domain, we encourage you to apply if you are interested in the domain and if you have significant experience in architecting large scale systems.
