The Bloomberg Desktop API (DAPI) is responsible for facilitating customers' ability to consume Bloomberg Data such as market data, historical data, reference data, and analytics via Desktop APIs.

Our team is also developing tools for ensuring that customers are using the data efficiently and compliantly.

As a part of this effort, we're utilizing Machine Learning algorithms to detect anomalies and risks.

As a part of our team, you'll be responsible for maintaining existing UI and back-end for data flow and compliance management. We believe in using the right tools for the job and will tackle technical challenges using diverse technologies and methods. You'll have the opportunity to learn and apply ML algorithms, Green Plum data mining, and other new services.

You'll need to have:

• BA, BS, MS, PhD in Computer Science, Engineering or related technology field
• 2+ years of using one of C++, Java, Python, or C# in a production system
