The EOR Order Manager team develops and maintains the execution management (EMSX) state machine with a goal of providing high capacity, low latency and resilient execution system. It also provides state-of-art integration with our in-house order management system. The order manager team is currently executing on its business initiative to enhance and provide better integration with our broker neutral network as well as with our in-house Order Management System providing easy to follow workflows.

We'll trust you to:

• Play an active role in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from analysis and design, implementation, to testing and rollout to customers
• Implement low-latency, high capacity and error-free multi-asset order manager/routing applications
• Develop tools to optimize the project development lifecycle
• Fix bugs and defects found in the application

You need to have:

• 3+ years of experience with C/C++/UNIX
• Solid knowledge of data structures and multithreading skills
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• A desire and willingness to be challenged and learn about a wide range of new technologies and domains

We’d love to see:

• Familiarity with Jenkins, Coverity and Splunk
• A solid understanding of WebSphere MQ
• Knowledge of Perl or Python
