Our team designs, builds and deploys Big Data software solutions that have a deep impact on enterprise level application for a B2B product that is critical to the health of the entire global financial market.

On our team, we're working on Bloomberg's message processing workflow engine and data delivery platform. Our system balances numerous requirements while merging ETL design, real-time processing, systems programming, web delivery and human computer interaction for graph-based message transformation. Specifically, our platform provides key insights to our customers about our Integration/Connectivity ecosystem. Your job will be to lead a team of enthusiastic engineers that will influence our products' technical direction while working closely with business managers.

You need to have:

• 7+ years of hands on experience working with high volume consumer facing Web applications
• Solid experience in the role of an Enterprise Web Application Architect while working with a team of full stack developers
• The ability to work effectively with Product and Engineering teams and be able to influence the product/technical vision
• Proficiency in Angular.js, Node.js, HTML, JavaScript (including the DOM and V8 optimizations), CSS, SVG, various image formats, HTTPS, cookies, caching and security
• An understanding of a wide variety of backend data stores, RESTful API design and knowledge about when/why/how to use the right technology
• Knowledge of browser internals such as Rendering engines, Parsing and DOM tree construction, Layout, Painting and optimizing techniques
• Experience with Chrome, IE, Firefox, Safari browsers and their various idiosyncrasies including browser performance and compatibility
• Experience in all phases of the Agile and test-driven SDLC
