What's the role?

Bloomberg is looking for a talented, process oriented, individual to join our Human Resources Shared Services group in New York as a member of the leadership team. You will manage our global knowledge library including implementing and executing governance procedures to ensure documentation is up to date. As such, you will be tasked with collaborating with regional teams to ensure global consistency across all processes, identifying trends, and implementing changes where needed. You will need to understand processes end to end and represent HR Shared services in communicating and coordinating configuration changes to improve workflow.

You will also liaise with HR centers of excellence to implement training on new programs and policies as needed. You will own testing configuration for HR Shared Services and work with the HR Technology team to ensure resources are planned accordingly. You will be responsible for measuring and monitoring global performance including tracking and analyzing service delivery metrics such as quality assurance, and workflow management. An important component of the role will be setting the strategy for, and executing, audits of all processes to ensure compliance with key controls and lead remediation efforts as needed. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance and improve the service proposition and work with management and other teams to implement appropriate changes.

We'll trust you to:- Oversee and management of document library (TEAM)Is

  • Ownership of proprietary internal ticketing system
  • Global coordination of process management
  • Analyze data to make informed decisions about the operations of the team
  • Focus on process efficiency and workflow management
  • Liaise with systems owners to implement changes to Workday as needed
  • Monitor assigned audits to ensure adherence and compliance with controls local legislation
  • Operational reporting
  • Responsible for small to mid-size implementation of technology solutions to drive process improvement
  • Ensure compliance, integrity and audit readiness
  • Track and perform analysis of service delivery metrics, including internal and external benchmarking

You’ll need to have:- 5+years of experience in human resources operations

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience building and maintaining process documentation and optimizing business processes
  • Strong communication skills especially as it relates to supporting on going HR transformation efforts
  • Experience collaborating with teams in different regions - understanding regional needs and nuances
  • Experience with controls auditing and remediation
  • Proven track record of delivering process optimization in a shared services environment

We’d love to see:- Change management experience as part of a large scale HR transformation a plus

  • Workday experience with Business Process Configuration and reporting writing a plus
