We'll trust you to:

·Understand sourcing strategies for recruiting entry level candidates
·Be strategic and project manage various recruiting initiatives

·Provide the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers

You'll need to have:

·Bachelor's degree
·4+years of campus recruiting experience within a tech-focused organization
·Experience with technical recruiting in a high volume environment
·Highly developed organization and presentation skills
·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
