In this fast-paced environment, you will design and implement automated testing and reporting systems to ensure we maintain a high standard of quality and confidence in our web applications. You will help assess and quantify risks for feature enhancements and production releases. If you’re passionate about producing quality software, testing, and developing systems that make manual tasks and testing obsolete, we’d love to hear from you.

We’ll trust you to:

• Build automated solutions that replace manual testing and reporting tasks
• Assess, quantify, and communicate risks related to new features and functionality
• Generate testing reports and verify the quality of production release candidates
• Monitor and suggest improvements to the software development lifecycle that focuses on increased quality

You’ll need to have:

• 3+ years of experience as a web software engineer or web developer
• A strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals and programming skills
• Built or customized an automated testing solution or software packages (e.g. Selenium + Java)
• Experience testing web sites, SPAs, web-services, and APIs
• An understanding of different testing strategies and approaches (e.g. test pyramid)
• An analytical mindset and experience identifying test cases, edge cases, and test matrices
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work with multiple development teams

We’d love to see:

• Experience testing across multiple browsers and understanding limits and workarounds (including headless browsers)
• Experience with visual testing frameworks
• A passion for quality, automation, and an engineering mindset
• Experience with Jenkins and Continuous Integration workflows
